Circles for Reconciliation Inc. is a small grassroots, non-profit, registered charity.

We are grateful for our volunteers, who are the backbone of our project.

CFR has four paid positions-one full-time and three part-time employees (Reconciliation Partner and Circle Coordinators). We have four volunteers that hold significant portfolios for the organization, two as Reconciliation Partners, one Western Coordinator, and a Database Coordinator. Others that serve the reconciliation process are:  Facilitators, Board Members, Winnipeg Advisory Committee Members and Theme Writers. There are nine paid contractors who contribute to our special projects in partnership with other staff members.  We all work in partnership and support each other.

Our Facilitators located across the country deserve special recognition. In addition to at least 25 hours of training and preparation, each Facilitator dedicates 15 hours to conducting each ten-week Circle, and the majority co-facilitate more than one.

Thanks to the support of these incredible people, we are continually moving forward to the journey of reconciliation in order to include as many First Nations, Inuit and Métis people and non-Indigenous individuals and communities as possible.
